Collaboration with Dudley

I’ve had such a great almost 18 months collaborating with my good friend and fellow musician Dudley Benson on a very exciting project of mammoth proportions – I was so delighted that he wanted to work with me! We have been working on some exciting orchestrations which have just recently been recorded with the Southern Sinfonia – an orchestra comprising a great bunch of musicians from Dunedin (New Zealand) – under the baton of Hamish McKeich. I personally have learnt a lot about orchestration, and Dudley’s approach to it all is a real breath of fresh air – I always come away from our sessions feeling very inspired.

The next step is for the New Zealand Youth Choir to record their sections (which is happening during mid-April). Stay tuned for more updates!
